Yellow Is silly scared angry frustrated. Red Is mad angry out of control i need some space yelling. Green Is focused good to go ready to learn calm happy. Blue Is sad sleepy sick bored moving slowly.
Kumusta Liyahn. What fantastic pictures of you in the 4 zones. You have really shown the moods in your faces. I love your descriptions of the 4 zones too! Can you tell me about a time you were in the red zone? How did you get back to the green zone?
