Name Bugs

 Kia ora everyone,

Today I am going to post this blog about name bugs. It's about you name and you have to reflect it to the other side. First we have to flood one page in our paper (sorry I needed to find my math book that has the same thing but I couldn't find it maybe next time) and we write our name inside neatly or else our teacher will rip it off. Then we have to trace it on the window and copy it, and we do the same thing as the other side but it's upside down, and we need to use felt pens.

Science Equipment

Kia ora everyone,

Today I will be posting Equipment from the Science room. This is use if you need to with something to protect your hands of hurting of burning.

Here is the Equipment and what is use for.

Equipment: Test Tube.

Use: For keeping chemicals in.

Use one of these for bolting. They can be made out if glass and plastic

Equipment: Beaker

Use: For measuring liquids. 

They can be also made out of plastic or glass has measurements on the side

Equipment: Conical Flash

Use: For keeping chemicals in

They have small neck for bolting liquids and also have measurement on the side and can only made out of glass.

Equipment: Bunsen Bumer

Use: For heating up liquids

Use gas, a heat proof mat, tripod and a gauze mat.

Safety Laboratory Rules - Science Class

Today I will post about Safety Rules in the Laboratory. This is important when you go in the science room, there could be dangerous stuff in there.

Laboratory Rules

Run, eat, drink, sensible, bag, taste, listen.

• Do not run in the Science Lab.
• Do not eat or drink in the Science Lab.
• Be sensible in the Science Lab.
• Put your bags under the desk.
• Do not taste anything you are unsure of in the Science Lab.
• Listen to the teacher if you are in the Science Lab.

My own Logo

Today I am showing you guys what I have been doing in art class, I've been making my own logo in art class it's like the first letter if my name and also my last name. It printed out really well and I put it as a  Letter - mark, we put ink on something and roll it and then roll it on our Logo.\

Blog Prep HEROES Paragraph

 Kia ora readers.

Today I am going to post my Heroes Paragraph. It's like about what do you think is a here is and what type of a hero name do you wanted, and also about sport heroes and earthquake heroes I reached up.

Here is the work I have done

In Nga tangata, Hurumanu 1 we studied the lives of some local, national and international Heroes. A hero is a male or female or group of people who

Helps people with their problems and stop’s bad people.

I made comments about 6 heroes. 

They were 

Awesome,

Hunky 

Helpful,

Kind

Cool 

And a person that’s not betraying their team.

My sports heroes were:

Micheal Jordan

Billie Jean King 

I also made some slides about a local hero who achieved to be a real hero  in Christchurch. His name was….

We read about a musical group called Crowded House. They were said to be ‘Heroes for one day!’ when they performed in Christchurch recently.

We discussed the meaning of ‘Hero Worship’. The Hero I ‘Worship’ is my dad. He  saved me and my sister from drowning in the sea.

Earthquake heroes I researched were

Alison Gallant Alison Partridge Amo Perelin, Lucas Perelini, Andrea Cummings, Andrea Robinson, Andrew Anderson, Anja Hansen.

My Alias was an Wildflower.
