|
Problem
|
Bran was making fun of Mara's face. He didn’t show kindness to
Mara.
|
Solution
|
Mara just ignored Bran and she went outside the castle. She saw
Rowan trees and red thread. The healers used the red berries of the
Roman trees to treat variuos ailments.
|
Problem
|
A wild boar emerged from the bushes. Mara felt for her knife as the
animal grunted, lowered its head, and charged.
|
Solution
|
Mara darted aside, leaping for the nearest tree. After she fell from the
branch that is narrow, Mara sprang upright, holding the knife, but the
boar had only charged because its path was blocked. It was gone as
quickly as it had appeared.
|
Problem
|
Mara heard someone graning of pain, coming from the woods below.
She looked for it and was surprised that it was Bran. Bran’s breath
came in gasps, and he’s lower leg was red and swollen, to tidy
puncture marks in the middle. An adder bit him. He asked Mara to
help him.

Solution
|
Even Bran is not kind to Mara, she helped him. She began to look for
a strong, forked stick to make a crutch and walked on the journey
home.

Great effort with your reading task today Liyahn. Are you starting to see how a problem helps to support a character?
ReplyDeleteHello Miss D
DeleteYes Miss D. I think problem gives interesting words so the character will show their abilities to solve the problem.
